Product: OMEN 25L Desktop GT12-0000a (ID 9NA83AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
having trouble with my download speeds on any of my apps (steam, origin, xbox) average of around 30mbs. speed and duplex set to 1.0gbps full not on a metred connection or bandwidth limit. using cat 7 ethernet cable. similar speeds on ethernet or wifi. hp omen gaming hub made the connection slower so dont use that. i can plug the same ethernet cable in my xbox and download at around 700-800mbs. installed latest drivers still no joy. il attach 2 pics below one of my speed test from my provider and one of actual download speed on steam. not even close to what i should be getting.
