So the serial number is 5CG1505PNY of my laptop and the issue I'm facing is wifi connection whenever I try to connect it's just couldn't and show that No internet, secured idk what have happened and I been struggling with this for weeks now

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Realtek RTL8822CE Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP currently has for that model Wi-Fi adapter:

 

Version 2024.10.230.600
