Greetings!
Welcome to the HP Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, there's an issue with the network speed.
Don't worry, I'm here to help! To better assist you - Are you using a single band or a dual-band router?
While you respond to that, A few things to remember are mentioned below:
The compatibility of your router with the wireless card -
- If the wireless card is 1x1: supports 2.4 GHz and below - slow connection and download/upload speed.
- If it's 2x2 or more: support 5 GHz and above - Fast connected and speed.
In the meantime, you may also try the steps mentioned in this document.
Let me know.
