Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Bluetooth keyboard that I am trying to pair to a new computer. The keyboard doesn’t have a pairing button and I can’t figure out how to make it discoverable to the Bluetooth installation on the new computer. The keyboard has no identifying numbers or labels except IC: 5524A-TPCC002K and FCC ID: E8HTPC-C002K on the bottom. This keyboard worked flawlessly with the old computer. Any suggestions?

I should have included that there is no USB receiver or dongle.
