Turn on wifi capability

I am trying to connect my pc to my wifi, but the only option I am receiving is to connect through ethernet. Whereas before I had wifi ability. How do I turn on wifi capability?

Is the loss due to an update from MS?

 

Does the WiFi show in device manager?

I believe the loss was due to an update. I recieved an automatic update for the driver this morning.
