- Two keys not working on wireless keyboard

I have purchased a HP wireless keyboard and mouse 250 and the @ and # keys are not working. Every time I select shift and the relevant keys I get the following:
" instead of @
£ instead of #
I've already returned one keyboard to the store for the same issue and now the second one is doing the same thing.
Anyone know how to solve this?

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and I suggest you change the Keyboard Layout and that might help
- Open Settings.
- Click on Time & Language.
- Click on Language.
- Select your default language from the list.

Click the Options button.

Under the "Keyboards" section, click the Add a keyboard button.

Select the new keyboard layout that you want to add.
