Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

Installed Ubuntu LTS on the device but couldn't find the wired network. I don't see any information on the official Linux website.

How can i fix this?

The 400 G9 is a new system an possibly it is not recognized.  I assume the wired ethernet controller is not working but the Wi-Fi is?  You can use the lspci command to find the name of the ethernet controller

jstateson@dual-linux:~$ lspci | grep -i eth
06:00.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82574L Gigabit Network Connection
07:00.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82574L Gigabit Network Connection

 

Find  out what controller you have and "AskUbuntu" how to get the drivers or if they exist.
