The 400 G9 is a new system an possibly it is not recognized. I assume the wired ethernet controller is not working but the Wi-Fi is? You can use the lspci command to find the name of the ethernet controller
jstateson@dual-linux:~$ lspci | grep -i eth |
Find out what controller you have and "AskUbuntu" how to get the drivers or if they exist.
