@Ps_2008, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Bluetooth and WiFi issue!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I understand how frustrating it must be to get your laptop back after a repair and find that Wi-Fi and Bluetooth aren’t working. Let’s try to fix this together!
Since the issue started after the display replacement, it’s possible that the internal Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module got disconnected during the repair. Here are a few things you can try:
Check Airplane Mode – Press Windows + A to open the Action Center and make sure Airplane Mode is turned off.
Restart Your Laptop – A simple restart can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
Check Device Manager:
- Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
- Expand Network Adapters and look for your Wi-Fi adapter.
- If you see a yellow warning icon, right-click the adapter and select Update Driver or Enable Device if it’s disabled.
- Do the same under Bluetooth.
Reinstall Network Drivers:
- Visit HP’s official support page, enter your laptop model, and download the latest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers.
- Install them and restart your laptop.
Let me know if any of these steps help, or if you need further guidance! 😊
Take care, and have an amazing day!
