Hi, is there a way to upgrade my Omen's BT to version 5.0 via an add on card of some sort? And will that card then default Windows bluetooth to that 5.0 card or would I have to change/remove some settings?
Thanks

Hi:
Your PC should have two wifi antennas going to the wifi card.
The only suggestion I can offer, would be to replace the Intel 3168 AC wifi card with this model...
Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 9560 802.11ac 2 × 2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 5.0 Combo Adaptor (non-vPro) HP Part # L22634-001
The part is on back order at the HP parts store, but maybe you can find one elsewhere such as on Amazon or eBay.
Do your search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card, or make sure you get a generic one that is non-VPro.
