Hello,
I have an HP 34-inch All-in-One computer and the wireless keyboard has suddenly stopped working. The keyboard is rechargeable and has no charging or connectivity issues. Also, my computer does not have a dongle and connects to the keyboard via Bluetooth. I have checked the following: Bluetooth on the computer is turned on and I am sure it is active. I have restarted the computer. I have charged the keyboard for an extended period. Unfortunately, none of these solutions have solved the problem. Please help me resolve this issue.
