Hello,

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your WiFi connection. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Restart Your Laptop: Sometimes, a simple restart can fix temporary glitches.
Check for a Physical Switch: Some laptops have a physical switch or a function key (often combined with the “Fn” key) to enable/disable WiFi. Make sure this switch is turned on.
Run the Network Troubleshooter:
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
Select Internet Connections and run the troubleshooter.
Enable WiFi Adapter:
Open Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings.
Right-click on your WiFi adapter and select Enable.
Update WiFi Driver:
Open Device Manager (you can search for it in the Start menu).
Expand the Network adapters section.
Right-click on your WiFi adapter and select Update driver.
Check WLAN AutoConfig Service:
Press Win + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
Find WLAN AutoConfig in the list, right-click it, and select Properties.
Set the Startup type to Automatic and click Start if the service is not running.
Scan for Hardware Changes:
In Device Manager, right-click on your computer name at the top of the list and select Scan for hardware changes.
Network Reset:
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Status.
Scroll down and click on Network reset.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, you might want to check for any recent Windows updates that could have affected your network settings and consider rolling them back.

Hope this will help you.
Best regards,
