Product: HP Envy All-in-One PC 27-b0XX Signature Edition
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
For the last 6 months I have been having issues with my WiFi constantly dropping the internet connection. I started using the wired connection and have been for the last few months. This morning, out of curiosity, I tried the WiFi connection again to see if it was still as flaky as in the past. To my surprise, both the 2.4 and 5G connections were not listed as connection options any longer. I went to Device Manager and found that the WLAN driver is no longer listed in Device Manager under Network Adapters.
Does this mean that the adapter has totally failed, or have I messed something up during my attempts to get it to work in a stable fashion?
Thanks,
Mark
