Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c02853749
It has bgn wifi card and 1G wired LAN card that means it can run with normal internet speed today. The wifi card is a tittle bit weak but it is ok for a 8/9 years old machine.
Updated for speed:
For wifi
For wired:

Okay thanks for the Info.
So it sounds like my card is not working properly. As i subscriber to Infinity hi-Speed internet The other PC in the house are getting over 400mps close to 500mps My HP Model # p7-1067 is only getting 330 mps max.
Am I correct to assume this?

Hi, @Pedronalejandro
The wifi adapter that comes with your PC has a maximum throughput of 150 MBPS on the 2.4 GHz wifi band, and cannot connect to the 5.0 GHz wifi band.
The ethernet (wired) adapter that comes with your PC has a maximum throughput of 1 GB/S.
You can check the connection speed, (which is not the download speed), by going to the windows control panel>network and internet>Network & sharing center>under the view your active networks section you can click on your ethernet and wifi connections and see the actual connection speed.
You need to determine that the connection speed is running at the specified rate.
With an excellent wifi signal, the wifi adapter should report a 150 MBPS connection speed.
The ethernet adapter should report a 1 GB/S connection speed.
Sometimes, in order to achieve a 1 GB/S connection speed, you need to make sure that you have Cat 6 ethernet cables going from the modem to the router and from the router to the PC's ethernet port.
