I have but It doesn't have any wireless signal capabilities. Do I need a wireless adapter? What is the least expensive one I can buy for this model?

If your PC did not come with built in Wi-Fi, the easiest thing to do would be to purchase a dual band USB Wi-Fi adapter.
I use this one for example which is both dual band Wi-Fi and even has Bluetooth:

Just because you're so helpful... the computer I bought was refurbished and super cheap from Amazon. Is there anything you would recommend I do? It seems factory fresh and to be operating well.. but I don't know for sure. Any suggestions? There's a 90 day warranty. I'm just using it to watch youtube.

It's a nice model All in One PC.
There are things you can do to make it faster, such as adding more memory and replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD) if the PC did not come with a solid-state drive already.
The PC supports up to 2 x 8 GB of DDR3L-1600 memory.
This would be the type of memory your PC uses.
