I recommend checking a few things:

  1. System Updates: Ensure your operating system and all drivers are up to date.
  2. Startup Programs: Review the programs that start with Windows and disable any unnecessary ones.
  3. Safe Mode: Boot into Safe Mode to see if the issue persists. This can help you identify if a particular software is causing the problem.
