HP desktop Envy Desktop 750-116 S/N: MXX5420Q6B
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 in my HP desktop Envy Desktop 750-116 just failed and will not turn on.  I have been having issues with it for a couple months losing network connectivity repeatedly.  Had to run the wi-fi troubleshooter in Win10 each time and it would only show that it reset the network adapter.  The wi-fi connection would start but fail again later.   Now it is not responding at all.  Can I get a replacement through HP or should I just buy one at the local PC supply shop?

Hi:

I would try on eBay or Amazon unless you know you can get it cheaper from your local PC repair shop.

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0   HP Part # 710661-001

Do your search by the HP part #, not the model of the wifi card.
