Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello Everyone,

Hope you are all doing well. I have an HP Pavilion which I bought back in 2014.I forgot the model name. The day before yesterday I was unable to turn on my laptop. I took it to the technician, and he told me that my mother board is faulty and requires service (for the last one year I had to fix many things since my laptop became old). Originally, I had a 4 gb RAM. Since working slow, I told him to install a 8 gb RAM also. I told him to fix the issues. He fixed the issues and I checked everything and my laptop worked well. But I forgot to check the wifi options. When I returned back home and tried to connect to my wifi connections it only shows the airplane mode. No wifi and other options are showing which I used to get earlier. Also, I can't turn on or off the airplane mode on screen. Only the button (F12) works for this. I can only access internet through ethernet. Only the ethernet cable is working. I have tried several googled solutions and watched many YouTube videos but can't fix my issues. In my network adapters many drivers are missing like wifi, Bluetooth, etc. I have attached several screenshots which may help you guys understand my problem.

Why is this happeningScreenshot (1).pngScreenshot (2).pngScreenshot (3).png? Did my technician make any mistakes while repairing the motherboard? How can I resolve this issue?

It is 10 years old now but it should have wifi adapter. What is it ? Could be due to missing driver

Regards.

I also suspect that. Would you please tell me how can I get back or install those required drivers?
