Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently the WiFi signal on my all in one desktop computer has begun to drop or be very weak. Other devices connected to our WiFi are not experiencing any problems. I’ve tried updating through the HP support Assistant, but the WiFi drops in the middle of the installation or is too weak to complete even one download. Also, the WiFi icon indicates that it’s on but weak, but when I try to connect via chrome, it says there is no connection.

Any help  will be very appreciated!

Hi:

See if updating the wifi driver to the newest version and restarting the PC, resolves the problem.

If you can't download it from your 24-G020, download if from another PC, copy the file to a USB flash drive, plug the flash drive into your all-in one PC and run it that way.
