I tried to download an application from Microsoft store that was a clear start bar, as I tried to install it froze my pc and I deleted the app and emptied recycling bin, then I had no WiFi options and in device manager it doesn’t show wifi adapter and shows a yellow explanation mark next to network controlle.. I have tried cmd commands and showing hidden devices ect and nothing has worked it currently only gives me the option to connect via ether net cable, I have been trying to fix this for the last 24 hours with different things but nothing has worked so far

Did you try rolling back the defective device driver?
Note that the Realtek is grayed out and cannot be rolled back. Possibly there is a newer release. The Intel driver is new and can be rolled back. Use the latest HP Support Assistant to find the latest HP released drivers.
Typically, if there is a driver problem, a yellow or red colored warning will show up.
The BSOD shows an error code. It would be useful to know the error code and also the context when the error codes shows up. For example, if playing a certain game triggers the error code then it is likely a video problem.
Let me know what you find out.

If there is a Network Controller device with an ! mark next to it, it means the Wi-Fi adapter needs to have the driver (re)installed.
Below is the link to the latest driver you need for the RTL8822BE Wi-Fi adapter the parts list for your PC indicates it comes with.
