Welcome to the HP Community --

I do not see that you included your printer model.

If you did so, the post failed to add the information.

Start ...

A blinking Wi-Fi light indicates the printer cannot find the network.

Sample Printers

HP DeskJet, ENVY 6000, 6400 - Blinking lights and error codes

HP DeskJet 2700, DeskJet 4100, DeskJet 4800 printers - Blinking lights and error codes

Not your printer?

The product home page for your printer includes a Troubleshooting category

 Product Home - Printers

Enter the device type and model name of your HP product

 Open Category Troubleshooting

Open Topic Printing

Next

Open Sub-Topic Error Messages & Indicators

OR

Open Sub-topic Wireless & Network

Peruse the documents and videos -- look for something you've not yet tried.

For example

HP printer is offline or unavailable

Troubleshoot a Wi-Fi connection to an HP printer

-- Important --

There are several Sub-Topics -- each of those might include several pages of documents and videos --

Don't give up if the first place you look is not helpful.

===========================================

"Tried Everything"

When you have truly tried everything -- and it's possible to finally reach that point -- then look for different solution until you can find something new to try to get your printer to connect to your network.

One hint -- if it worked before, it should work again.

-- Try / Consider --

HP printer setup (Wi-Fi Direct)

Most printers support Wi-Fi Direct.

Wi-Fi Direct uses the wireless radio on your printer to connect to your device (computer, tablet, phone).

Wi-Fi Direct is not "full wireless" of the type needed for Instant Ink or HP+.

Wi-Fi Direct connection can get you up and printing / scanning when standard wireless is not available for any reason.

-- Resources matter --

Your printer's User Guide will likely have an entire section dedicated to configuring and using Wi-Fi Direct.

AND

The printer's User Guide also includes how to connect your printer to your network -- worth a look.

Open

 Product Home - Printers

Enter the device type and model name of your HP product

Open Category Setup & User Guides

Look for and open the user guide for your printer.

What else?

If the printer is stuck -- can't find its IP address for example --  Consider restoring the Network Defaults on the printer.

Restore Network Defaults

Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer

Restore Network Defaults / Install / Connect – Inkjet and Laser printers

HP printer setup (Wi-Fi network)

HP Smart and USB cable
