Product: Pavilion 23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I will try not to make this too lengthy. We pulled out our old desk top for our daughter to use. I could not find WiFi options to enable so we reset it to factory settings. 

When I go to settings and Network&Internet there have still no option for select WiFi to enable. I have tried pressing F10 at start up then moving to the right to find BIOS options but nothing to reset it (as i saw suggested elsewhere) only to enable or disable. (It was disabled, I tried enabling it to no avail to I switched it back to disabled)

Well, could be missing driver after the reset, install driver may help BUT what is your Pavilion 23-??? For example HP Pavilion 23-b010, its specs
