My pc was having issues with my home WiFi but it could connect to my mobile hot spot and surf the web just fine, it was the only devise that wasn’t working with my home WiFi(phone, Xbox, and ACER Pc all connected and worked just fine) I tried every troubleshooting method I could like deleting and updating drivers, flushing dns and making sure my WiFi was on a compatible channel, I did ever IPconfig combination I could find for this issue and nothing worked. I factory reset my PC and it finally let me connect to my home WiFi. It says connected,secure and that I have access to the web but I still could not load web pages or access the internet. Sometimes it’ll load the front page of bing or YouTube but that’s it, if I try to access a YouTube vid or another web page it loads forever and eventually just gives up. I don’t know what else to do, factory resetting didn’t fix it so I don’t know what else to do, my mobile hot spot allows me to use the internet like normal but my home WiFi cant and this Pc is the ONLY device with this issue. Please I’m at a loss and I just don’t  know what the issue is or what else to do

Hi

Dunno what to start with really, you have tried a lot of things, and I may well cover old ground......

@ECHO OFF
getmac
netsh lan show interfaces
netsh wlan show drivers
netsh wlan show interfaces

PAUSE

systeminfo
PowerShell -Command "Get-NetAdapter"
PowerShell -Command "Get-NetAdapter -Name * | Format-Table -View Driver"
PowerShell -Command "GIP -Detailed"
PowerShell -Command "Test-NetConnection"

PAUSE

Copy and paste into notepad and save as LBB.BAT   not .txt  and run as admin if possible.

AND/OR run the lines individually as some, all or none may be useless.

Post back anything relevant.
