I have a Prodesk 400 G5 MT. On the motherboard is a dedicated M.2 slot for a wifi module. My question is, where can I get an antenna kit from? What kind of adaptor will work? Is there a manual showing the installation.
Many thanks in advance.

The WLAN module illustration is on page 41 of the service manual. Unfortunately the "ends" of the antenna are not shown
There are several options for WLAN as listed here and here
I am going to guess that the following is what you need. I was unable to find an antenna kit listed for your system at any HP parts store or parts lookup
The Intel 9560 has bluetooth 5 and seems to be the best one
here is another one just like above but vendor specifies "g5"

Windows 10 should automatically find driver but if not then they can be found here after selecting win10

I do not know where that antenna cover fits assuming it is for the MT series
