I have a Hp 2000 notebook, Windows 10, and I don’t have wifi and bluetooth drivers at all, Only Ethernet.

I have downloaded different types of wifi and bluetooth drivers from different website and few installed but didn't work.

I have checked my device manager also, no wifi and bluetooth driver listed there either.

In the device manager, is there a device labeled as a Network Controller?

If so, that is the Wi-Fi adapter in need of a driver.

If you see a Network Controller device, please post the hardware ID for it so I can figure out what driver it needs.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

How to Find Drivers for Unknown Devices in the Device Manager

If you do not see a Network Controller device listed in the device manager, then most likely your notebook's Wi-Fi/Bluetooth card has a hardware issue.

The first thing to do to troubleshoot that problem would be to remove and firmly re-seat the Wi-Fi adapter after removing the notebook from A/C power and removing the battery.

Try and leave the antenna wires attached to facilitate an easier and faster reinstallation.

If that doesn't resolve the problem you will have to use a dual band USB Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter.
