Hi, I'm having issues with my wifi disconneting from my computer every now and then. I'm not using a ethernetcable, although i know it resolves the issue. Im just wondering what would cause it to disconnect? Could it be a software issue or hardware issue. I just bought this pc 2 months ago and I never had this issue with my older pc. The router is only one wall away and is at most 6m away. Any ideas?

Hi:
Yes, that is the Wi-Fi adapter model and driver.
See if updating the driver to the latest version HP has for that model Wi-Fi adapter helps any.
