Wifi not turning on on windows 11

My wifi was working before I boarded the plane. When I landed wifi is not turning on. I restarted laptop, I reset network. But still not turning on

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Is it a private (Home network) or a public Wi-Fi connection? 

Or Wi-Fi direct? Or Hotspot?
