Hi everyone,
My Wi-Fi isn't working, and my laptop drivers are showing Code 10 or Code 43 errors. I contacted HP support at the end of January, and it worked for a while, but the issue came back in March. I reached out to support again, and it worked for a few days, but the problem resurfaced. For now, I'm using USB tethering. The Wi-Fi randomly started working a few days ago, but today the issue is back.

Can anyone guide me on the potential cause of this problem?

Thanks

complicated for solutions, you downloaded the driver from intel, aren't you using the HP driver ? some Intel drivers are modified by HP

I’m pretty new to this stuff, so I don’t know much about it. I haven’t really touched the drivers myself — HP support staff did everything through remote access. I’m not exactly sure what they did, and the only thing I’ve done myself is uninstall the driver and restart the PC.

Then the support verified old driver and decided to download the driver directly from Intel. Well then try again to install the following driver

Uninstall the driver, if you are asked if you want to remove the software check the checkbox accepting and then reinstall the driver.
