Hi - I have had exactly the same issue. Bought on Saturday, ran fine for 48h, did an update and then won't see wifi option. I ran a reinstall and can't actually even complete that as it still won't see wifi (only ethernet) to finish the install. Did you have that issue when doing the reset?
