Windows 10 Update Took My Bluetooth Driver Away
06-13-2018 06:28 PM

Windows 10 Updated yesterday. 6-12-18
After that update the Bluetooth Driver was no longer working.
There is no longer a "Toggle" for On-Off of the Bluetooth.
However, The Keyboard and the mouse still work seemlessly.
Ethernet Connection.
Microsoft tells me I need an updated driver from HP.

Thanks for your help, Distinguished Professor.
It was resolved by MS Live support with a remote access visit, after a few hours of "kicking and screaming".
They wanted to push it off on HP but I insisted they correct their "update" mistake.
So, after a few different attempts, everything was resolved.
I will keep this information stored just in case thing go awry again.
Thanks again!
