Recently, I attempted to dual boot Windows 10 Version 1709 and Windows 11 on my HP OMEN Desktop. Before, I had tried this with Windows 8.1, and there was an issue with the WiFi drivers, so the OS was not suitable for usage. I figured there weren't any HP drivers old enough that supported Windows 8.1 and Windows 11 simultaneously, so I am instead trying Windows 10 1709. I had the same issue, but this time, not even USB tethering worked. I need WiFi drivers for either Windows 10 Version 1709 or Windows 10 LTSC Enterprise 2019 (preferably both). Can anyone help me with this?
P.S. When I first got the computer, it had Windows 10 installed on it and I used that for a few months before Windows 11 came out. I don't know if there are driver inconsistencies between different versions of Windows 10, though. I tried to search for drivers on HP's website but I didn't find the option to set the OS to Windows 10.

I don't understand what the problem is.
The drivers are installed, and the device shows up normally in the device manager.
There aren't any older drivers for the card.
There are newer ones, but not older ones.
This is the latest W10/W11 driver HP has for the RTL8822CE Wi-Fi card.

You asked what drivers my P.C. came with, so I looked on the Windows 11 partition to find them, because that was my original partition. The screenshots I sent are of Windows 11, not the Windows 10 partition.
