HP All-in-One 24-f0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having wired connection stability and speed issues. I have tried having the most up to date drivers and even to roll back the drivers. Because the network adapter connects tech is telling me it's a driver issue. I have tired the available drivers and even removed and re-installed. The connection is not stable or up to speed through wired connection. I have to use the wired connection as this is for work.

when I called support they told me the running the diagnostics said it was ok so it has to be a software issue. This is not the case since it seems to only check to verify that it can connect. I know it can connect. the problem is the speed and stability of the connection. Machine was purchased only 8 months ago.

I have had my ISP out here multiple times and even connected other machines to the modem and everything checks out.

Any suggestions?

I have tried multiple cat 5 cables and even new modem.

fixing to try and use a USB network adapter to see if that will get me a stable connection.

The USB adapter is at least stable. it does have the speed but I kind of guessed it wouldn't.

Still need to find out why the network card in the machine is unstable
