Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After the recent HP BIOS update, my wireless adapter has disappeared.  It does not install after many attempts by me and by Best Buy Total Tech Support.  What is the fix for this?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the wireless card is not working on the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you run a test on the wireless card following the steps in the below article to make sure whether it is a hardware or a software issue.
