HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-k0003na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased the HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-k0003na earlier this year and I have had several instances where the wireless keyboard suddenly stopped working, but after I restart the computer it works again. This time round both my keyboard and mouse have stopped and switching it off and back on didn't to the trick.

PS. I didn't get a usb receiver, so I assume I must have had it pre-installed. Can you please tell me how to resolve this issue?

@Bertber -- it is possible that your computer has built-in Bluetooth capability, and your mouse & keyboard connect via BlueTooth, not via any USB receiver?

Have you tried replacing the batteries inside the keyboard & mouse?
