Hello,
I have just bought this used Envy 24 and I can't get the wireless Mouse or Keyboard to work.
Any suggestions please ?

I reviewed you post and understand that keyboard and mouse are not working.
I’d love to help!
As per the diagnostics result you have posted, the keyboard has a hardware issue and needs replacement.
I recommend you to purchase a new keyboard and I am positive it will take care of the issue.
