Hi,
Start by running the F2 diagnostics (Tap F2 when powering on) Go to component tests and wireless. All it will do is tell you if it's detected it or not. If it DOES detect it, then it's probably a software / Windows issue. You may need to revert to a restore point or do a full factory restore (via F11 when booting)

You could also try loading setup defaults in BIOS (F10 on boot) in case somehow it's been disabled there.
