Wireless keyboard not connecting to computer

My Envy 23 touch screen computer is not communicating with my wireless keyboard. I've changed the batteries, pressed the blue connect button for 10 seconds. Still no connections and there was never a USB receiver with it. Any help will be greatly appreciated. The computer has not been used since May 2019.

I understand that you are unable to connect the wireless keyboard.

 

If you are using the wireless keyboard there must be a receiver.

 

You can check inside the mouse, there will be a receiver.

 

If you have lost the receiver, You have to contact our phone support.

 

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
