Hi

I have an all in one computer that has a wireless mouse and keyboard on the same USB connector.  The mouse still works but the keyboard is totally unresponsive.  I have done all the obviously like change the batteries and removed and replaced the USB connector.  I´m thinking that somehow I have locked the keyboard!? Can anyone help?

hi

Hello
there is very little option for a keyboard
it depends on the models, but check
You may have an on / off button, this is quite rare, if so, turn the power off and on again.
Sometimes on the back there is a button (it can be on it) in order to reset the connection, try if there is
If you can test the keyboard with another computer
if none of this works, you probably have the same concerns that I encountered
Death of the keyboard without particular sign before, in one fell swoop
