I have the  problem: the keyboard stops working and I have to take the battery out and put it back in. It happens on both sets of the 200 (I bought two). It happens several times a day and is very annoying. I have phoned HP and they have no idea.

@PedroCanberra, Welcome to HP Support Community!

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Have you tried using an external USB keyboard on your computer? Does that work?

Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi. I meant to write "I have the *same* problem", ie as that described in the thread I joined.  The model is HSA-D01K. It's HP wireless keyboard and mouse 200. (The HP site doesn't seem to recognise it.) The keyboard regularly stops working and only starts again if I take out batteries and put them back in. I bought two sets, and it's the same with both. I've tried all USB slots on my laptop. I've updated drivers. Wired keyboard (and other wireless ones) work fine.

Thanks.

@PedroCanberra

This looks like a hardware issue.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
