My wireless mouse isn't working and I can't find the num/lock key. I need your help.

Have you tried replacing the battery inside the mouse?

 

I can't find the num/lock key. 

 

Can you use your smart-phone to take a picture of the keyboard, and post it here,

so that we can see the layout of your keyboard?

That mouse I'm not sure, but since both items are wireless my first steps would be replacing the batteries, next would be pairing them again.
