HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D120AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have my laptop set to connect automatically to the internet, however, if I leave for some time or put it to sleep when I wake it up it does not connect to the internet and I have to restart it before it will connect automatically.

First time with HP, usually use ACER and have not had this problem previously.

TIA.

@72Hardtop -- within the Windows "Device Manager", double-click on the network adapter, and switch to its "Power" tab. Remove any check-mark before "allow Windows to turn off this device to conserve power".
