Hi @Vikky8
Welcome to the HP support community.
If your Samsung phones are not connecting to your HP Pavilion 15s laptop via Bluetooth, while other devices are connecting without issues, here are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
- Check Bluetooth Settings on Both Devices:
- Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on both the Samsung phones and the HP laptop. On the phones, swipe down from the top of the screen to access quick settings and confirm Bluetooth is turned on. On the laptop, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices, and make sure Bluetooth is active.
- Remove Old Bluetooth Connections:
- If your Samsung devices have been previously connected to the laptop, try removing the old pairings. On your Samsung phone, go to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth, find your laptop in the list of paired devices, and select "Forget" or "Unpair."
- Update Bluetooth Drivers on Your Laptop:
- It's important to have the latest Bluetooth drivers installed. Visit the HP support website to download and install the latest Bluetooth drivers for your HP Pavilion 15s. Alternatively, you can check for updates through Device Manager on your laptop:
- Right-click the Start button, select Device Manager, expand the Bluetooth section, right-click your Bluetooth adapter, and choose "Update driver."

- Check for Software Updates:
- Ensure that both your HP laptop and Samsung phones are running the latest software updates. For Windows, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update. For your Samsung devices, go to Settings > Software update and check for updates.
- Restart Devices:
- Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Restart both your Samsung phones and the HP laptop.
- Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter:
- Windows has a built-in Bluetooth troubleshooter that can help identify and fix problems. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Bluetooth, and run the troubleshooter.
- Check Device Visibility:
- Ensure that your Samsung phones are discoverable. This is typically the default setting when Bluetooth is enabled, but it can be checked in the Bluetooth settings.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
