Product: Pavillion p7-1247c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when i plug in my insignia Bluetooth adaptor (bcm20702a0) it says "driver is unavailable".

 

Ive just upgraded to windows 10, and downloaded and ran the sp75330.exe file which seems to be a common fix but no luck.  Using a HP pavilion desktop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if Windows update will install a driver for you.

 

To do that, click on the bcm20702a0 device needing the driver.  Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver and select the automatic search.
