@VWill33 -- it seems to be a failure of the BlueTooth adapter inside your computer.

At this point, you have two options:

  1. find a certified computer technician, who can partially disassemble your computer, disconnect the current internal BlueTooth adapter, connect a replacement, reassemble, and test;
  2. purchase a new external BlueTooth adapter that connects to a USB port on your computer. This is a "5-minute-do-it-yourself" solution, not needing to pay a technician.

Your choice.  🙂
