Hi @kanagavel,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I'm here to help you troubleshoot Bluetooth connectivity issues with HP devices. If your Bluetooth device is frequently disconnecting, please consider the following steps to identify and resolve the issue:

Troubleshooting Bluetooth Connectivity

Check Distance and Obstructions:

  • Ensure that your Bluetooth device is within the operational range of your computer.
  • Remove any physical obstructions between the Bluetooth device and your computer, as these can interfere with the signal.

Update Bluetooth Driver:

Check Power Settings:

  • Make sure your device is not set to turn off Bluetooth to save power. Go to the Control Panel > Power Options, and verify the settings.

Re-pair Bluetooth Device:

  • Remove the Bluetooth device from your computer's pairing list and re-pair it. Access Bluetooth settings from the taskbar by selecting the Bluetooth icon and following the instructions to pair the device again.

Bluetooth Troubleshooter:

  • Use Windows Troubleshooters by going to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot. Select Bluetooth and run the troubleshooter to identify any system issues.

Check Device Battery:

  • Ensure that the Bluetooth device is fully charged or has fresh batteries.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
