bluetooth wireless network pic card

Product: hp 4600 workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a used hp 4600 workstation with windows 10 pro. i would like to install a pci wireless/bluetooth card and am not sure the brand/model that would work if any. Please advise as I am not real computer litterate.

TP-Link PCIe cards are usually universal. You can get them from this link https://www.tp-link.com
