HPWLess Collaboration Keyboard
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I have lost the dongle to connect my HP WLess collaboration keyboard, unfortunately I have tried with universal dongles and even purchasing a HP dongle it does not work, they keyboard is like non-existent to any bluetooth receiver, there are no support center in my Country (Italy) and I got no way to chat or email HP to get some help,

No, they do NOT use Bluetooth. Unfortunately you have to buy a new set, because it does not support Link-5. Each set has a code for them to connect. Just thinking a small room with 20 staff use same dongle to connect to their keyboard.

Regards.
