Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have internet connection but I cannot access the internet.  I restarted the computer to no avail.  I began a system restore which after almost 2 hours is still running.  I really am at a loss.

Could you please help brief the issue in detail?

Is the computer connected to the network?

Are you facing difficulties in connecting the network?

 

Was the system restore completed or stuck at some percentage?
