Is it on a SAME network with your computer ? Please go to the following site

 

      https://support.hp.com/ca-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-photo-7800-all-in-one-printer-series/907315...

 

(a) Select the right Operating System of your computer (if not automatically detected)

(b) Click      Get the App
