Product: classic v2 desktop keyboard wireless
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot get the keyboard to work and any time I try the on-screen assistant it gives me a "forbidden - 403 error".

I need to go back to a Mac......

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried unplugging the USB dongle receiver and plugging into to a different USB port?
  • Are you able to use the wireless mouse?

 Keep me posted for further assistance.
